THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This product more info is absolute trash. It's so terrible, it makes me want to throw up. I've tried it a million instances, and it still breaks down. The material is shoddy, and the features are awful. Honestly, I failed to grasp how they could sell thisthing without being embarrassed. I'm so angry that I wished I'd bought something usable instead
